UPDATED LIST OF MEDICINAL PRODUCTS DISPENSED WITHOUT MEDICAL PRESCRIPTION

The new version of the document was approved by the order of the Minister of health (reg. № 3087ot 12.11.2018 g.).
We remind that medicines that are not included in The list are sold only when a doctor's prescription is provided to the pharmacy on a special form (article 20 of the law "on medicines and pharmaceutical activities", paragraph 27 of the Regulations on the procedure for retail sale of medicines and medical products). Systematic violation of this rule (2 or more times within one year) is the basis for termination of the pharmacy license (paragraph 49 of the Regulation on licensing of retail sale of medicines and medical products).
Accepted List included 188 items monotherapies (old – 191), and 1085 positions of complex products (formerly – 1063). You can find it here.
